In Too Good for Violence Grade 6, students work together to dismiss stereotypes as they learn about prejudice and discrimination through the stories of historical figures who overcame prejudice against them and went on to break societal barriers. Students learn that discrimination can be peacefully resolved leading to positive change. The curriculum uses role-plays and fun activities to teach and reinforce conflict resolution, communication, and anger management skills.
